Starscourge Greatsword — TarnishedGuide

Colossal Sword

Overview

The Starscourge Greatsword is the colossal sword pair wielded by General Radahn himself. Obtained from his remembrance, this weapon lets you dual-wield two massive swords with a unique powerstanced moveset. The Starcaller Cry skill pulls enemies in with gravitational force, then slams them with a devastating ground AoE. This is the ultimate chad weapon for players who want to cosplay as the mightiest demigod. Fextralife's Starscourge Greatsword page has Radahn build guides and stat tables. Wikipedia's Elden Ring weapons list covers all colossal swords.

  3. After Radahn's defeat, interact with his Remembrance at the Roundtable Hold.
  4. Exchange the Remembrance for the Starscourge Greatsword. It comes as a pair in one inventory slot.
  5. Duplicating the remembrance at a Walking Mausoleum lets you also get Radahn's armor set for the full cosplay.

Moveset & Skill

Starcaller Cry (25 FP)

Starcaller Cry slams both swords into the ground, creating a gravity well that pulls all nearby enemies toward you. After a brief delay, the second activation unleashes a powerful ground slam that deals massive AoE damage. The pull effect is exceptionally strong and can stagger most enemies. This skill is devastating in group fights and against large bosses that can be pulled.

Best Builds

STR 50 / DEX 50 / INT 20 — Balanced stats for maximum weapon versatility

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Unique powerstanced moveset — two colossal swords at once
  • Starcaller Cry gravity pull is excellent for crowd control
  • High poise damage with every swing
  • Awesome cosplay potential — fight like Radahn himself

Cons

  • Extremely heavy (22 units) — requires high Endurance
  • 38 STR is a steep requirement for most builds
  • Powerstanced colossal sword attacks are very slow
  • Split damage (physical + magic) against two defense layers

Pro Tip

The Starscourge Greatsword's L1 powerstanced attacks do significantly more poise damage than standard R1 swings. Use jumping L1 attacks to stance-break bosses in 3-4 hits. The gravity pull from Starcaller Cry can interrupt enemy attack animations, making it a great opening move.
